Amazing Finca State in Ronda featuring architectural design by Phillippe Starck. Design and tradition blended in harmony. Delicious extra virgin oil tasting. Beautiful boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. Ideal venue for celebrations too.
Olive grove paradise! Picturesque landscape full of olive trees, plus grape vines and some other fruit trees. there is also a veggie section, so I learned much about local products. Part of olive oil production is organic - nice to learn about it. And taste different oils at the end of the tour. There are also lots of art objects around.

This place is stunning and you really get to learn about the olive oil production process. It is modern and grandiose. What really made the experience, aside from the beautiful views, were the staff there. Victoria and Mara were so good at explaining and provided excellent service. The olive oil tasting was great. However, we stayed for lunch and the food is appalling. Not good at all, even though they have a restaurant. It is understaffed, not a lot of choices and the ingredients were not fresh. We were told it was because of winter, the vegetable garden didnt have much to offer. The ham was too salty and dry. Tickets wayyy to expensive for what you get, even though the guide explained a lot, that is why I give this amount of stars: food quality and over pricing. A pity!

This place is awesome!! They have the passion to explain about the olive industry. I learned a ton about olive and how it’s produced. The walk around the farm is fun and with the addition of having pieces of modern art to interact with. It is worth it 100%!!!

Randomly came across this place and stopped during my husband and I's road trip from Granada to Seville, and it was joy. Everyone we encountered was extremely knowledgable and hospitable. There was a tour group scheduled and we did not have reservations. In spite of that, the staff at LA Organic still gave us attention (in between the scheduled tour), helped us sample the types of oils, talked to us about the olive oil process and gave us a view of how the olive oil was being made. We spoke with Mara who was great, along with two other workers, all so friendly. The property is beautiful too overlooking olive trees and a great view. We left with a smile and some amazing olive oil too. Highly highly recommend!!
