The famous Anglo-Burmese Chef, Steve Anderson will teach you exclusively his techniques and tips on Mediterranean cuisine that he has learned in more than thirty years as a chef in Valencia and around the Mediterranean Sea.
At his restaurant, Baalbec, you will explore Valencia gastronomically in a unique way by experiencing a meal tasting that fill the mouth with pops of flavour and elevated tradition.
Chef Steve is very well organized in his work (see pictures!), he loves presenting ingredients and dishes in an attractive manner, he makes people see art in his kitchen.
He is a passionate of the Mediterranean food, from Athens to Cairo, via Istanbul and Jerusalem, he brings you closer to the a mix of flavours in a unique and memorable experience.Chef Anderson will explore the flip side of the Mediterranean sea through his dishes by adding a blend of local garden grown spices and ingredients to keep the dishes simple yet elevating the flavours to stand apart from other chefs.

This four hour Mediterranean Cuisine cooking class experience includes:

We attended this class some weeks ago during our round trip to Spain. It was all fun to be with Steve and the food was sooo tasty, we couldn't have enough. We had a great time!

Absolutely smart (very smart) fusion of Middle East Turkish and western! Service a “little” slow, but still the waitress “Paula” made it special! The desserts are amazing!
